Consulting
Let’s be thoughtful in taking that first step.
I’ve worked with numerous institutions and organizations to assess stakeholder needs and perceptions, identify priorities around equitable policy & practice, and recommend strategies for sustainable outcomes.

Training
Small, medium, or large group? I can make things happen. The photo above is over 500 first-year students participating in an interactive foundational workshop to ground them in institutional values and expectations for a just community. I facilitate small to large to extremely large groups, develop content relevant to my client’s needs, and lead teams and groups through necessary conversations and purposeful activities.

Testimonials
Joy provided a consultation to the University where I served as the Chief Student Affairs Officer regarding appropriate institutional responses to the filing of bias incidents. Joy was a terrific consultant - thoughtful, organized, professional, and right on time with deliverables. I can highly recommend her for other consultations within higher education.
